Joel & Amy were absolutely amazing to work with! We used Amy as our Wedding Officiant and Joel for our Ceremony & Cocktail music, as well as uplighting.
They were both so friendly & helpful from the beginning planning stages all the way to the Big Day! Every detail was covered. We are soooo happy to have chose them. I’m sad we missed Joel’s cocktail hour music, but friends and family say it was fantastic! I can’t imagine our wedding without them. We would highly recommend Joel Lindsey Entertainment to anyone!

We have been a fan of Joel's singing and guitar talents for several years now and so decided we must have him for our special wedding in Costa Rica. We didn't want to risk having anything but the best. He was fantastic in helping to plan the full musical itinerary as well as assisting in advising structure for the whole event!
He played Marry Me by Train on the Ukelele, I'm Yours by Jason Mraz and Somewhere Over the Rainbow on guitar. He then made all of the announcements throughout our reception and ensured everything ran on time.
His Djing was really great too. He kept everyone dancing and took song requests from the drunk bridesmaids (who may have been in love with his accent!)
Joel met all of our expectations and we made the right choice to bring him to Costa Rica for our wedding.

We just wanted to let you know how amazing Joel was at our wedding on may 25! Our guests were floored with his playing and singing during cocktail hour and our first dance. His music choices fit our wedding vibe to a teeand was better than we could have dreamed of. His attention to detail, professionalism, and fun demeanor was amazing. If you would like your wedding celebration to be personal, classy, and unique, you need Joel Lindsey. Along with John, who we included as a violinist, our day was simply amazing. First, with so many tough to pronounce names, he took the time to make sure he had them just right. Second, he read the crowd like a professional and kept people dancing all night. Last, but not least, Joel and John's playing and singing was simply beautiful. As live music fans, we were looking for a special touch and they certainly did not disappoint. From learning a few new songs for our wedding, to playing selected live pieces throughout the night, everything was just perfect. Our guests continue to rave about our wedding, often times citing Joel's presence as a main reason that the event was so elegant and beautiful.

My wife, Kristi and I, had an absolutely wonderful experience with Joel Lindsey as our entertainer. We booked Joel for our wedding at Heinz Field to perform our ceremony music on keyboard, vocals and guitar during our cocktail hour and MC / spin at the reception. It was an ambitious plan, but from what we saw of Joel in his promo videos and initial discussions with Joel we felt completely at ease. Joel went the extra distance in contacting us several weeks out of the wedding and wanted to ensure all details were covered and nothing left last minute to prepare. Of course with a million other things going on we didn’t exactly make it easy on Joel and there were some last minute songs we asked of and Joel didn’t even flinch. Kristi and I picked pieces for the ceremony and some hard to find songs that were must plays at the party and Joel came through in the clutch and nailed it. The ceremony music was poignant and dignified, and after wards in the blink of an eye, Joel was already up and playing at the other end of the room for the cocktail hour and from there went right into our dinner and introductions. We had a twist on our intros and incorporated several more songs and asked that Joel be able to introduce the bridal party and switch up to these several songs and Joel performed flawlessly.
The rest of the night’s tone was set by Joel’s ability to feed off what got our guests out of their seats and kept them partying all night. We can’t thank Joel enough for making our party one for the ages!

Joel did an amazing job at our June 23rd wedding. He performed at our ceremony and cocktail hour. I requested that he play & sing "it feels like home to me" as I walked down the isle he did a beautiful job. Somehow I was able to hold in my tears but there were not many dry eyes. All of our guests had nothing but amazing things to say about Joel's cocktail hour performance. They all loved him and were impressed with the variety of music he played.Joel was so easy to work with and helped us to pick a great selection of music for our wedding. Thanks again! Words cannot describe how incredible Joel, Amy and Bob were for our wedding day. We are so happy that we chose them for our music and officiant services! It was very easy to contact them, they responded quickly and were very flexible with meeting us to go over the details of the day. Joel is an amazing musician and DJ and we received so many compliments from guests throughout the night about how great our entertainment was provided by Joel. I couldn't get off the dance floor myself with all the music that was played! And the ceremony and happy hour live performances were absolutely amazing. It truly made the day feel magical!
And Amy made our ceremony (and let's face it, the whole day) as easy as possible. She made it easy for us to create a ceremony that was true to us, had a lot of great material available to personalize our ceremony and then made sure everything went without a hitch! They truly made us feel so comfortable and relaxed, we didn't feel like just another client with them and we know they went above and beyond to make our day the best it could be. I can't recommend them enough for their services!
